Today was a day of immense pride and gratitude. I was honored with the Outstanding Trainer Award, presented by the Under Secretary of State, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports. This recognition is a testament to my unwavering commitment to education and training in Cambodia.

My journey in the field of education began nearly a decade ago when I started teaching university students as a part-time job. The passion to share knowledge and witness personal growth ignited a spark within me. For the past seven years, I've expanded my efforts to training and coaching more than a thousand young professionals and SME owners, further fueling my determination to contribute to Cambodia's human capital development.

Receiving this award is not just a personal accomplishment; it's a celebration of the collective impact we can achieve when dedicated to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunities that have allowed me to guide and empower individuals on their paths to success.

A heartfelt thank you to the Federation of Education Services in Cambodia for organizing such a meaningful event and recognizing the work of trainers, coaches and teachers across the country. Events like this highlight the importance of investing in education and professional development as integral pillars of a thriving society.

This award solidifies my commitment to the future. I will continue to strive for excellence in training and education initiatives, driven by a deep belief in the power of knowledge to transform lives and uplift our nation.
