Phnom Penh, Cambodia - The Training of Trainer (TOT) on Digital Skills and e-Business for ASEAN women MSMEs marked another milestone for BizKhmer Digital Media's Founder Mr. Sophearith in his training career as well as other trainers from the Kingdom of Cambodia along with over 200 trainers who had recently attended that exceptional ToT successfully in Seoul. The TOT was hosted by the Asia Pacific Women's Information Network Center (APWINC) of the Sookmyung Women's University, and supported by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund of the ASEAN Secretariat. This exceptional event was held from 3-12th July, 2023, in Seoul Dragon City.

 



Thanks to Anna & Associates Law Office for the dedication, effort, and input to make this exceptional IDEAS Project happened for the Cambodia’s team.  Anna & Associates Law Office is the implementing institute of the IDEAS Project (Increasing Digital Skills and E-commerce for ASEAN MSMEs) in Cambodia which will announce the recruitment for 250 Women Own MSMEs to join localized comprehensive trainings next year. The TOT covered a wide range of topics, including special lecture on Women's Empowerment in Digital Economy, panel discussion on Unleashing ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs' Potential in the Digital Era: Navigating Success, Setbacks, and Strategies, an understanding of the e-Business Models, e-Business Strategies and Management, Technologies for  e-Business which also cover the digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media marketing. Mr. Sophearith and all local trainers also had the opportunity to network with other trainers from the ASEAN Countries.

The TOT was a valuable learning experience for Mr. Sophearith. He is now better equipped to help businesses in Cambodia succeed in the digital age.
